RENTAL AGREEMENT

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 25 years old (unless otherwise approved by VeloCar), possess a valid government-issued driver's licence, provide valid identification documents, successfully complete KYC verification, and agree to all rental policies and terms.

You agree to operate vehicles responsibly and obey all traffic laws at all times.

• No reckless driving or unlawful use.
• No use for illegal activities or racing.
• No unauthorized ride-hailing or subleasing.
• No transporting contraband of any kind.

Rental pricing includes a daily mileage allowance. Additional kilometres beyond the included limit attract extra fees, calculated electronically through telematics.

A refundable security deposit or card authorization hold may be required at booking. VeloCar may deduct from this amount for:

• Damages or excessive cleaning.
• Traffic violations or unauthorized use.
• Fuel replacement or missing accessories.
• Any other contractual breach.

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic tickets, parking fines, toll violations, impound fees, and any penalties incurred during the rental period. Administrative processing fees may also apply.

You accept full responsibility for damage resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized operation, intoxicated driving, or any violation of this Agreement. Repair costs shall be determined by repair professionals approved by VeloCar.

Failure to return your vehicle on time may result in:

• Additional daily charges and mileage fees.
• Vehicle immobilization or recovery actions.
• Legal enforcement where necessary.

VeloCar reserves the right to remotely disable or physically recover any vehicle where fraud is suspected, payments fail, rental terms are violated, or security concerns arise.

VeloCar shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed business opportunities, personal property loss, delays, accidents caused by third parties, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.
