We understand plans change. Here's exactly what to expect when you need to cancel or modify a booking.
Refund schedule
More than 72 hours before pickup
Full refund
24 โ 72 hours before pickup
75% refund
Less than 24 hours before pickup
50% refund
After scheduled pickup time
No refund
Peak period notice
Stricter terms may apply
During high-demand periods โ including public holidays, weddings, election days, and major events โ cancellation terms may be more restrictive. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
No-show policy

Failure to appear
If you do not arrive within 3 hours of your scheduled pickup time without prior communication, your booking may be cancelled.
Reservation fees will be forfeited in the event of a no-show.
The reserved vehicle will be released back into the available fleet.
